Free Fitness Classes for Faculty and Staff

Spend 30 nminutes each Wednesday with Maggie Thomson, ACSM-certified exercise physiologist and Syracuse University adjunct professor, and improve your strength and flexibility.

Thomson will teach a low impact body toning class that incorporates balance, stretching and working every muscle group while providing the motivation and skills to work these exercises into your everyday routine. All fitness levels welcome.

The classes are offered by Syracuse University Wellness Initiative in partnership with Recreation Services.

The classes run through Wednesday, April 27, and takes place at Archbold Gym, first floor exercise room (spin bicycle room) from noon – 12:30 p.m.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat or towel and your SU I.D. card to access the building

No pre-registration required, however, space is limited. Visit http://wellness.syr.edu/blog/2016/03/30/free-fitness-class/ for more information.
