College of Law to Host 15th Annual Diversity Law Day
Syracuse University College of Law, the New York State Bar Association and the Law School Admission Council will co-sponsor Diversity Law Day on Friday, Feb. 26, in Dineen Hall from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This event is part of the DiscoverLaw.org initiative to expose students from various racial and ethnic backgrounds to the field of law.
The College of Law expects approximately 200 students from the Syracuse city high schools to participate in this year’s program. Events will include hearing from a recent College of Law alumna, a question-and-answer panel session with current College of Law students, a mock trial court case and the opportunity to network with College of Law students, staff and faculty over lunch.
