Haynie to Address Thursday Morning Roundtable about NVRC

Vice Chancellor of Veterans and Military Affairs and Director of the Institute for Veterans and Military Families J. Michael Haynie will address Thursday Morning Rouondtable (TMR) on Feb. 18 at 8:15 a.m. at Drumlins, 800 Nottingham Road. He will talk about the construction of the National Veterans Resource Center (NVRC),  a first-of-its kind facility in the United States that will leverage a public-private sector partnership model.

The NVRC will advance academic research, programming and community-connected innovation serving the social, economic and wellness concerns of the nation’s veterans and families.

TMR is a weekly civic forum bringing together a mix of citizens to learn about and discuss community issues and problems, sponsored by University College. It  can be heard on WCNY-FM, 91.3, on Sundays at 8 p.m. and at: http://www.wcny.org/radio/shows/tmr/.
