With the visit of Vice President Joe Biden L’68 to campus on Thursday, Nov. 12, some temporary changes will take place to accommodate the event marking the “It’s On Us” campaign. Security screening will take place at Schine Student Center from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. Additionally, temporary road closures will be in place, including:
• Waverly Avenue between South Crouse and Walnut avenues, closed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Southbound lane of University Avenue from Waverly Avenue to Marshall Street closed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Sheraton University guests will be able to exit parking garage using University Avenue heading north.
Temporary traffic delays can be expected during the arrival and departure from campus by Vice President Biden.
