New Research: Hiring Discrimination and Candidates with Disabilities
Syracuse University researcher Meera Adya is available for interviews about new research about discrimination on hiring people with disabilities.
Dr. Adya, director of research at the Burton Blatt Institute and affiliated faculty in the Department of Psychology at Syracuse University, is a co-author of a new paper that details how employers are less willing to interview well-qualified job candidates who have a disability. The paper was recently featured in The New York Times.
