Snowman Represents Valentine’s Wish for Duke

Jackie Snow from Parking and Transit has done it again, creating a snowman that tells the tale of a big weekend game and Valentine’s Day all rolled into one.

If you pass through the Sims Drive entrance to campus, you’ve probably seen Jackie Snow’s works of art.

It’s a daily dose of much needed warmth. On Friday, Feb. 13, Snow created a snowman that should be near and dear to the hearts of Syracuse University men’s basketball fans: a broken heart in Duke Blue Devil blue, accompanied by a sign saying, “Break Duke’s Heart.” The game is set for 6 p.m. Saturday at the Carrier Dome. Win or lose, you can expect more works of art from Snow as long as the winter season lasts.
