Tickets are no longer available for the Newhouse School’s dedication event with special guest Oprah Winfrey, to be held Sept. 29 at Syracuse University.
The event, part of a daylong celebration of the dedication of the Newhouse Studio and Innovation Center, will also feature remarks from Syracuse University Chancellor Kent Syverud, Newhouse Dean Lorraine Branham and a student and faculty member from the Newhouse School.
Overflow seating will be available in the Joyce Hergenhan Auditorium in Newhouse 3 and the Underground in the Hildegarde and J. Myer Schine Student Center. The event will also be live broadcast to screens throughout the Newhouse School complex and Schine, and webcast to computers with a Syracuse University IP address.
