SU Toastmasters to Hold Open House
Do you feel confident in leading a meeting, motivating a team, or mentoring a new staff person? When you speak in front of a group do you present a clear, concise message that promotes teamwork and commands respect?
What if you could answer, “YES” to both of those questions? How would that advance your career or improve other aspects of your life?
Come visit the Orange Orators Toastmasters Club. We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
That’s not just fancy words. That’s our mission statement.
You’re invited to an open house on Tuesday, June 10th, noon to 1 pm in the Peter Graham Scholarly Commons in Bird Library. See what all the excitement is about.
There’ll be snacks. And lots of positive and supportive people who all asked themselves those same questions, then decided to do something to make the answers, “YES.”
RSVP today to firstname.lastname@example.org and put us on your calendar for June 10th.
Maybe this summer is the perfect time to get started. Isn’t it time to invest in yourself?
