Participants needed for Exercise Science Study
We are conducting a research study through the Department of Exercise Science. The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of whey protein on artery and cognitive function. The study involves four visits (1-2 hours each) over 12 weeks to the Syracuse University main campus (on site, no-cost parking), 820 Comstock Ave., Women’s Building. Monetary compensation of $100 will be provided to those participants who qualify and participate in the full study, as well as optional body fat testing. Participants must be between the ages of 60-85 years old, non-smokers, and do not have a history of diabetes, kidney disease, recent head injury, heart attack or stroke (in the past 6 months).
