The full-time M.B.A. program at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management has been ranked No. 79 globally in U.S. News & World Report’s 2015 Best Graduate Business Schools rankings, released March 11. Whitman’s ranking remains unchanged from last year.

This year’s rankings include 127 eligible master’s programs in business from more than 450 accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International. To view the M.B.A. program rankings, visit http://grad-schools.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-graduate-schools/top-business-schools/mba-rankings.

In the publication’s ranking of M.B.A. specialty programs, Whitman’s entrepreneurship program ranked No. 19. To view the M.B.A. specialty rankings, visit http://grad-schools.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-graduate-schools/top-business-schools/entrepreneurship-rankings.

All 453 master’s programs in business accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International were surveyed in fall 2013 and early 2014. A total of 385 responded, of which 127 provided enough of the data needed to calculate the full-time M.B.A. rankings based on a weighted average of indicators, such as quality assessment (peer and recruiter assessments), placement success (mean starting salary, employment rates for graduates) and student selectivity (mean GMAT and GRE scores, mean undergraduate GPA and acceptance rate).

Whitman’s M.B.A. program incorporates both the theoretical background and practical experience students need to succeed in today’s ever-changing global economy. For more information, visit http://whitman.syr.edu/programs-and-academics/programs/whitman-mba-experience/index.aspx.
