Sport Management Club Holds Online Sports Auction

The Sport Management Club, in collaboration with Steiner Sports Memorabilia, is holding an online auction of premium items through Jan. 6. Select the SU Food Bank Auction to view all the items available.

Just in time for the holidays, this online auction is part of the Syracuse University Sport Management Club’s Charity Sports Auction to benefit the Food Bank of Central New York.

The online auction offers a wide range of sports memorabilia, including footballs autographed by Peyton Manning and Joe Montana, an autographed Dikembe Mutombo sneaker, Toshiba Classic autographed poster and Mariano Rivera Super Fan Set.

The online auction will also feature an exclusive portrait session and overnight stay at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City, four tickets to the U.S Open, two VIP tickets to the Brooklyn Nets v. Miami Heat basketball game at the Barclays Center on Jan. 10 and a Basketball Without Borders jersey, autographed by NBA All-Stars Kyrie Irving, Dikembe Mutombo, Serge Ibaka, Al Horford and Nate Robinson. A special package at Tween Waters Inn on Captiva Island, Fla., is also available for bidding.

The SU Sport Management Club is a student-run organization of the Department of Sport Management in the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics. Since its founding in 2005, the club has raised nearly $200,000 for local charities, including the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital, the CNY Ronald McDonald House and Special Olympics New York.
