Alt 81: Reimagining Urban Expressways
The Nov. 14 session of Thursday Morning Roundtable will feature Marc Norman, director of UPSTATE: A Center for Design, Research, and Real Estate at the School of Architecture at Syracuse University. He will discuss Alt-81, a research initiative that tests opportunity for the future of urban expressways through studies of the I-81 viaduct in downtown Syracuse.
