The Student Organization comm.UNITY will be holding its first annual 5K Walking and Running Race on Nov.15 at 3 p.m., starting at Schine Student Center and taking place around campus. The race costs $10 if individuals sign up before Nov. 11, $15 until Nov. 14, and $20 the day of the race. The proceeds of the event will go toward the student organization as well as the six Syracuse nonprofits the organization will be working with this year. The organizations include; Onondaga Community Living, Inc., New Life Christian School, Chadwick Residence, MOSAIC Collective, Fair Housing Council of CNY and YMCA of Syracuse and Onondaga County.
