We are conducting a research study through Syracuse and SUNY Upstate universities. The testing will be done at either the Upstate voice center located at 5100 W. Taft Rd. in Liverpool. The purpose of this study is to determine measures of how the vocal cords move during speech. The study involves about 45 minutes of time, scheduled in one visit. We will use special equipment to record images of the voice box and to record the voice as you speak. Monetary compensation will be provided to those participants who qualify and participate in the study, at $25 for the completion of the study.
