The Department of Exercise Science is recruiting participants for ongoing research studies that are focused on exercise performance. Specifically, we are interested in whether your growth in-utero (in other words the growth that occurred when your mom was pregnant with you) has lasting effects on exercise outcomes. We are looking for participants with certain characteristics, which include various combinations of birth-weight, birth-length, your current physical activity patterns and so forth.
Typically, participants who are enrolled in our studies receive compensation, depending on the study, and this can range from $50 to several hundred dollars, again depending on the study.
