The Waverly Rain Garden works hard to capture rain water and keep it out of our overloaded storm drain system, while also adding some special beauty to campus. Please come give it a little TLC
in return. Take a break from studying and get some fresh air and exercise! Students can earn community service hours for helping out.

Where: Waverly parking lot, corner of Waverly and Crouse Avenues (garden is in the center of the lot, near the School of Education building)
What: Planting some grasses to fill in bare spots; cutting back last year’s plants; weeding
Bring: A water bottle and hat for sun protection. We’ll provide gloves, tools, instruction, camaraderie
