Faculty and Staff Assistance Program Series Session: ‘Growing into Becoming Mothers and Fathers’
“Growing into Becoming Mothers and Fathers,” the next presentation in the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) WorkLife series, will be held at noon Tuesday, April 23, in the Student Health Center at 111 Waverly Ave., in conference room 001. Come and join in or just listen to a lively discussion about the hopes, challenges, joys, myths and realities of parenthood.
Participants will have the opportunity to talk about real-life experiences that can be both inspiring and a welcome antidote to unreasonable expectations for “having it all (at once).” Susan Smith, a counselor with FSAP for more than 20 years, will facilitate the discussion.
To register for this session or for more information about the WorkLife series or FSAP, a unit of the Office of Human Resources, visit the web site at: fsap.syr.edu/about/programs.
