2013 Summer Institute on Creative Collaboration and Conflict Resolution

The Summer Institute is a series of 3-credit, workshop-style courses designed to enable participants to manage disputes and differences collaboratively in both professional and personal settings. The Institute draws on the highly regarded faculty of Syracuse University’s Maxwell School and noted practitioners who specialize in state-of-the-art theory, research and practice in the processes of constructively managing disputes.

Courses can be taken individually, based on your interest, or together to earn a 9-credit hour Certificate of Achievement from the Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC).

Summer 2013 Course Offerings:

Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Skills
Schedule:
Monday May 13th through Friday May 17th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday May 18th from 9:00 to Noon

Negotiation: Theory and Practice
Schedule:
Sunday May 19th from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, May 20th through Friday May 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Conflict Resolution in Groups
Schedule:
Tuesday May 28th through Saturday June 1st from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
