Fashion Seniors to Debut Final Collections in April Fashion Show
The 2013 Syracuse University Senior Fashion Show will take place on Thursday, April 25. During the event, 28 seniors will showcase their collections, each consisting of six pieces.
The fashion design program is part of SU’s College of Visual and Performing Arts. The entire student body, family and friends of the designers and the public are invited to attend. There will be a matinee at 12:30 p.m. and an evening show at 7:30 p.m. in Schine Student Center’s Goldstein Auditorium.
Following the show, the designers invite everyone to attend a midnight event at XL Projects, 307-313 S. Clinton St. The event will feature live models, music and more to help celebrate a great night of fashion.
Tickets for the show go on sale Monday, March 25, at the Schine Box Office. Matinee tickets are $6 for all seats. The evening show is $30 for floor seats and $20 for balcony seats ($15 for students with SU ID and senior citizens with proper ID). To celebrate tickets going on sale, the Syracuse University fashion program will be hosting a meet and greet with the designers in Schine on March 25 at noon. All are invited to attend this event to interact with the designers and have their picture taken to be put up on the show’s fan page.
