Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel receives certificate of excellence from TripAdvisor
For the second consecutive year, the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel has received the Certificate of Excellence Award from TripAdvisor. The award,presented for 2012, was sent to David Heymann, general manager of the Sheraton recently by TripAdvisor for Business, headquartered in Newton, Mass.
The Sheraton has consistently achieved outstanding rankings from customers who have experienced the service and hospitality of the Sheraton and have sent their comments and recommendations to TripAdvisor.
“We have a great staff that works diligently to provide all guests with a remarkable experience here at the Sheraton. To have our guests consistently recognize this effort speaks volumes about how they feel about their experiences here. I am very proud of our entire team of associates,” says Heymann.
