A new restaurant, Windows on the Green Bistro, is now open at Drumlins Country Club. This new restaurant will be serving contemporary American cuisine in a casual atmosphere overlooking the beautiful Drumlins golf courses.
Windows on the Green Bistro will serve patrons fresh, local ingredients through delicious, health-conscious recipes. Emphasis will be on the creative use of in-season produce whenever possible in dishes and sauces. Diners at Windows on the Green Bistro will recognize many local favorites included in the menu offerings.
