The second annual Syracuse University Health and Wellness Expo will take place on Wednesday, April 18, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in Flanagan Gymnasium and is open to SU and ESF students, faculty and staff.
This educational event is designed to provide the university community with access to the most esteemed local organizations that specialize in healthy products and services. Traditional health options, holistic care, foods and lifestyles and the latest trends and technologies to improve health and wellness will be provided through product demonstrations, free samples and interactive activities. The expo will
inspire and encourage individuals to embrace a life of health, wellness and fitness, promote green living and attain soundness of mind, body and spirit.
