Drumlins wins best meatball contest benefitting Elmcrest Children’s Center
Drumlins Country Club and chef Don Cleveland won best meatball at the ninth annual March Meatball Madness to benefit the Elmcrest Children’s Center.
Drumlins beat out 10 local restaurants to be named “Best Meatball in Town” at the event held at Drumlins Country Club on March 25.
Second place was awarded to Luigi’s chef Don Campbell. Third place went to Joey’s, chef Joey DeCuffa.
The other participating restaurants/chefs were Aunt Josie’s Restaurant/Mikey Caruso; Mama Leone’s/”Mama” Leone; Canale’s/ Brian & Nick Canale; Carnegie Cafe/Kevin Caughill; Hill Top Market/Dan & Lisa Pirone; Limp Lizard/Chuck Orlando; and Wise Guys Bistro/John Reule.
