Register for this week’s Staff 2 Staff program: ‘Gallery Talk: Looking and Looking’
Room is still available for this week’s Staff 2 Staff program: “Gallery Talk: Looking and Looking.” The program begins at noon and ends by 1:30 p.m.
“Gallery Talk: Looking and Looking” will take place on Wednesday, March 7, at Light Work/Community Darkrooms (Robert B. Menschel Media Center, Watson Hall, 316 Waverly Avenue).
The exhibition Looking & Looking features photographs by Jen Davis and Amy Elkins, who focus on gaze and identity. Shown together, the artists’ works urge the viewer to consider expectations and perceptions of identity. Join John Mannion, digital lab manager of Light Work/Community Darkrooms, for a gallery talk about this intriguing exhibition.
