Hello and welcome to Syracuse University from the Housing and Food Services Maintenance Zone, or as most know us… FIXit. Our headquarters is in the Carriage House at 161 Farm Acre Road on South Campus. We are responsible for all maintenance and housekeeping in the University’s residence halls and dining centers. Our staff is here to serve your maintenance and housekeeping needs twenty-four-hours a day, seven days a week.
The “FIXit” telephone line is the most expedient way in which to report your repair requests. When you call FIXit at 315-443-4948 (315-44F-IXit), maintenance staff are radio dispatched to your location to address your needs. If you are not near a telephone, you can use our e-mail address, which is fixit@syr.edu. Another option is to complete a FIXit Request form on our webpage: http://auxiliaryservices.syr.edu/fixit. You may also find us on Facebook.
