SU Symphony Orchestra to highlight works by Rossini, Tchaikovsky at Oct. 11 concert
The Syracuse University Symphony Orchestra (SUSO) will present a concert Tuesday, Oct. 11, at 8 p.m. in the Rose and Jules R. Setnor Auditorium, Crouse College. The concert is free and open to the public. Free parking is available in the Irving Garage.
Under the direction of James Tapia, faculty member in the Rose, Jules R. and Stanford S. Setnor School of Music, the SUSO will perform Gioachino Rossini’s Overture to “The Barber of Seville” and Peter Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 6 in B minor, Op. 74
