Family Weekend 2011 Call for Materials

Tuesday, September 27, 2011, By News Staff
Share

Each year when the Parents Office hosts Family Weekend, we offer your department the opportunity to get your printed materials into the hands of the many family members and guests who will visit our hospitality suite.

If you wish to do so, please deliver no more than 1,000 pieces to Room 302, Schine Student Center, on Monday, Oct. 17, or Tuesday, Oct. 18, between noon-2 p.m. Please be sure that the materials are boxed and clearly labeled “FAMILY WEEKEND 2011”.

If you would like your leftover materials, you must pick them up no later than 2:45 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22, in Room 304, Schine Student Center. Dated materials will be discarded at that time and all other materials will be stored for use at our next event. We will not be able to retrieve stored items after Saturday, Oct. 22.
