Oh, the Places You’ll Go! Celebrating Recent High School Grads
We asked faculty and staff to share photos of their favorite recent high school graduates. Congratulations to all, and good luck as you continue your journeys!
Interested in meeting students with experience and knowledge of working in China? Ever wondered if there were any professional organizations on campus formed to serve your career aspirations in Asia? Then this is the event for you! On April 14, we encourage
students of all majors to “join the network that will change the World!” Work In Asia (WIA) will partner with Global China Connection (GCC) and the Chinese Scholars and Students Association (CSSA) to bring you “WORK IN CHINA.”
This informative, interactive and fun event will start off with presentations from young professionals of Cornell University as well as from our own SU campus. They will share their experiences as well as information on the ways you can get “connected,” not just on
campus, but globally through WIA and GCC. We will top the night off with some entertaining icebreaker activities such as “speed-connecting” rather than “speed-dating” accompanied with food and drink. This event is totally free so what do you have to
lose!
We highly recommend any student looking to expand their networks or simply interested in U.S.-China relations to attend. Looking forward to seeing you there!
