The conference “Can’t Get No Satisfaction, An Integrative Couple’s Approach to Sex Therapy” will be held Friday, April 29, in the Goldstein Student Center 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m., featuring presenter, David Olsen, Ph.D., LCSW, LMFT, author, educator, minister and clinician. The conference is sponsored by the College of Human Ecology’s Department of Marriage and Family Therapy in collaboration with the Central New York Association for
Marriage and Family Therapy (CNYAMFT) and the Samaritan Counseling Center of the Mohawk Valley Inc. Pre-registration for the conference is required, with early registration strongly recommended.

The conference will help therapists understand the most prevalent sexual dysfunctions, the history of sex therapy and how the field has changed over time. The conference will also help in building an integrative, multi-system approach to providing sex therapy to a
variety of couples. Special attention will be given to interactional, object relations and approaches to sex therapy while looking in-depth at the application of an integrative approach.

For more information about the event, or to register, contact Jim
Goldstein, CNYAMFT president at 315-724-5173 or jgoldsteinscc@aol.com.
