The Bozeman Daily Chronicle and Land Letter reported on the research underway by Douglas Frank, professor of biology in The College of Arts and Sciences, in collaboration with National Park Service, focusing on grazing areas most frequented by bison in Yellowstone National Park and the long-term stability of the park’s grasslands.

Newhouse School magazine professor Harriet Brown’s “Project BodyTalk” was featured in a segment on the nationally syndicated radio show “51% – The Women’s Perspective,” produced by WAMC-FM in Albany, N.Y.

The Jan 7-13 Scotsman Pennysaver reported on members of The NewHouse advertising agency, based in the Newhouse School, winning a national advertising contest by creating a full advertising strategy for Honda’s CR-Z sport hybrid.

Samuel Gorovitz, professor of philosophy in The College of Arts and Sciences and founding director of The Renée Crown University Honors Program, published a column in Inside Higher Ed on mentoring teaching assistants.

Robert Thompson, director of the Bleier Center for Television and Popular Culture in the S.I.
