Variety magazine highlighted composer-songwriter J. Ralph for his work on the soundtrack for “Wretches and Jabberers,” a documentary about the travels of disability rights advocates Tracy Thresher and Larry Bissonnette, co-produced by Douglas Biklen, dean of the School of Education.
The LA Daily News reported on SU’s “The Future of Sports Broadcasting” event in Los Angeles featuring a panel of media professionals and alumni from the L.A. area, and moderator Joel Kaplan, associate dean of professional graduate studies at the Newhouse School.
Federal News Radio reported on the work of the Whitman School’s Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) to expand its programs to more veterans around the country.

David Cay Johnston, distinguished visiting lecturer in the College of Law and Whitman School of Management, was interviewed on Radio Free Dylan about the American tax code.
David M. Crane L’80, professor of practice in the College of Law, was quoted on Voice of America about the trial of accused Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout.
Robert Thompson, director of the Bleier Center for Television and Popular Culture in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, is quoted in the Berkshire Eagle on the popularity of the Harry Potter book series.
Zixiang (Alex) Tan, associate professor in the iSchool, is mentioned in an Internet Evolution article on China’s emergence in the area of Internet standards.
