SU purchasing discounts through Staples Advantage program

Monday, November 15, 2010, By News Staff

Syracuse University has signed a new three-year contract with Staples Advantage for office supplies. SU employees are encouraged to generate savings for their budgets through the Staples Advantage program. The Purchasing Department negotiated over 50 percent discounts off standard list prices for most office supplies, and 80 percent off the 457 items purchased most frequently.

The Staples Advantage contract pricing is available through the University’s eProcurement module in MySlice, and not through Staples.com.  Orders placed and approved before 3 p.m. will be delivered to your desk the next day.

Contact your information coordinator to obtain access to eProcurement.

Visit http://purchasing.syr.edu/html/epro.html  for more information or call Karla Salmonsen at 443-4074.
