Geological structure and evolution of the SE Tibetan Plateau
The Department of Earth Sciences presents the fall 2010 K. Douglas Nelson Lecture Series, this week featuring Rob van der Hilst from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He will lecture on ”Geological structure and evolution of the SE Tibetan Plateau.” The lecture will be on Thursday, Nov. 11, at 4 p.m. in room 113, Heroy Geology Lab; refreshments will be served.
