Adamo joins Office of News Services
Adamo comes to SU from WTVH-5, the Syracuse CBS News affiliate, where she anchored the 5, 6, 10 and 11 p.m. newscasts and served as a general reporter for more than 13 years. She also held dual roles as news producer and news manager.
Adamo has reported on many major news events over the past 10 years, from the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks to shuttle explosions to presidential elections and hundreds of SU sports and news stories. She also produced and co-moderated two, one-hour congressional debates held in conjunction with the Maxwell School, broadcast live from Maxwell Auditorium.
Adamo holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Utica College of Syracuse University.
