SA and UU to hold Mayfest 2011 general interest meeting

Student Association and University Union will be holding a joint general-interest meeting on Thursday, Oct. 7 at 5:30 p.m. in Crouse-Hinds Hall, Room 010. This meeting will be in preparation of Mayfest 2011. SA and UU are looking for any and all interested students to help in the planning process of this spring’s event – the second annual Mayfest in Walnut Park.

Plans for Mayfest 2011 are still in the very beginning stages, and SA/UU are looking for student input, concerns and goals for this year. Please come with questions and feedback. Students will work directly with SA, UU and university staff to plan Mayfest 2011.
