The HUB Fall Speaker Series continues Oct. 5 with panel discussion on sucessful women in global workplace

The HUB Fall Speaker Series will continue on Tuesday, Oct. 5 with a special career panel discussion on “Successful Women in the Global Workplace.”

The panel will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. in the Comstock Room of the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel and Conference Center and is free and open to the public.

Students are invited to come and gain firsthand information and practical advice on various career paths and work-life balance. Panelists will include Alla Whitston, managing director of JPMorgan Chase Investment Bank technology; Anita Sabatino, vice president and managing director at IBM Corp.; Ashley Sy ’08, communications specialist at General Electric; and Supriya Tardalkar ’09, business analyst at Ernst and Young, LLP.

The panel will be moderated by Jennifer Walters, associate director of SU Career Services.

About the Collaboration
In June 2007, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Syracuse University established a unique industry-university collaboration. The purpose of the collaboration is to develop education and work experience innovations in the area of global technology. The expanded collaboration, called The HUB, was launched in 2009 to include other companies and universities. For more information about the collaboration, visit www.globaltechhub.org.
