As part of its Sherman F. Levey Distinguished Lawyer Lecture Series, Syracuse University College of Law will host alumnus Richard Alexander L’82 on Thursday, Sept. 23, at 11: 45 a.m. in Hendricks Chapel. Alexander is managing partner of Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, D.C., and will discuss changes in the legal market and its impact on today’s students.
Alexander’s practice involves significant enforcement and governance matters affecting the financial services industry. As managing partner of Arnold & Porter LLP and an alumnus of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Alexander has an inside perspective on what is happening in the legal sector.
The Levey Lecture Series was established through the generosity of SU College of Law alumnus and former visiting professor of law Sherman F. Levey L’59 to provide members of the College of Law community the opportunity for contact and exchange with distinguished practitioners from around the world.
