Syracuse University plans observance to mark ninth anniversary of 9/11
Syracuse University’s Hendricks Chapel will hold a Sept. 11 observance to mark the ninth anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
The chapel will be open from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. for individual prayer and quiet meditation in remembrance of those who were affected by the tragedy. A lit candle will be placed at the head of the chapel’s main aisle during this time. Chaplains will be available for those who need assistance or support.
