The Associated Press and KABC-TV in Los Angeles reported on the recent report by Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) that U.S. federal criminal immigration prosecutions by the two largest investigative agencies within the Department of Homeland Security have increased to levels seen during the last months of the Bush administration.
