FACULTY QUOTES

Robert Thompson, director of the Bleier Center for Television and Popular Culture in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, was quoted in the Los Angeles Daily News about the “Twilight” phenomenon, and in the Ithaca Journal about yesterday’s announcement that Eliot Spitzer will co-host a CNN program this fall.

Jeff Karson, professor and chair of earth sciences in The College of Arts and Sciences, commented on the strength of Northeastern earthquakes in a Post-Standard story and in a Your News Now (YNN) report about yesterday’s earthquake in Quebec.

Pat Penfield, assistant professor of supply chain management practice in the Whitman School of Management, was interviewed by YNN on new developments with the U.S. Post Office.
