St. Thomas More Catholic Campus Ministry announces Holy Week schedule

The St. Thomas More Catholic Campus Ministry at Syracuse University has announced its schedule for Holy Week, March 28-April 4. The schedule is as follows:

Palm Sunday, March 28
Mass and Blessing of the Palms will be celebrated at the Alibrandi Catholic Center, 110 Walnut Place, at 10:30 a.m. Mass will also be celebrated at 1 p.m. at Hendricks Chapel and 8:30 p.m. at the Catholic Center.

Tuesday, March 30
A Chrism Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Robert Cunningham at the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception, 259 E. Onondaga St. in downtown Syracuse, at 7 p.m.

Holy Thursday, April 1
A Mass celebrating the Commemoration of the Institution of the Eucharist and Washing of the Feet will be celebrated at the Catholic Center at 7:30 p.m.

Good Friday, April 2
Prayer and conversation will be held at Hendricks Chapel at noon. The Living Stations of the Cross will process through campus at 1 p.m. A Good Friday Service will be held at the Catholic Center at 7 p.m.

Holy Saturday, April 3
The Easter Vigil service, including the Blessing of the Fire, Lighting of the Paschal Candle and Celebration of the Eucharist, will be held at the Catholic Center at 7:30 p.m.

Easter Sunday, April 4
The Easter Sunday Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at the Catholic Center. Mass will also be celebrated at 1 p.m. at Hendricks Chapel and 8:30 p.m. at the Catholic Center.
