A presentation on Giovannni Boldini by Judith Meighan, associate professor in the College of Visual and Performing Arts, at the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute was previewed by the iBerkshires.com web site.

A CNY Link feature detailed the recent Cold Case Justice Initiative panel presentation and Mavis Staples concert, with mention of Syracuse University Chancellor Nancy Cantor and College of Law professors Paula Johnson and Janis McDonald.

The iSchool’s “Girls Are I.T.” event on March 6 was mentioned in The Citizen (Auburn, N.Y.) story about the Girl Scouts organization celebrating its 98th anniversary.

The Post-Standard briefly noted tonight’s University Lectures presentation in Hendricks Chapel by Scott Simon of National Public Radio.

A photo of Syracuse University student Ryan Dickerson accompanied the Post-Standard story on his new business venture producing Rylaxer pillows. Peter Blanck, University Professor and director of the Burton Blatt Institute, wrote on audible technology for accessible e-books in the Chronicle of Higher Education.

Dean of Admissions Susan Donovan was interviewed on CNY Central about the effect on SU admissions decisions with the New York State Board of Regents considering elimination of some examinations as a cost saving measure.
