Stress Busters event to be held today
Healthy Monday’s Stress Busters event is Monday December 14 in the Peter Graham Scholarly Commons, 1st Floor Bird Library. Healthy Monday at Syracuse University and the College of Human Ecology team up from 5-9 p.m. to help students unwind and de-stress during finals week.
“Stress Busters is a fun, educational, relaxation-promoting event, where students can simply ‘take a break’ from studying without leaving the library,” said Susan Scholl, who helps run the event on behalf of the College of Human Ecology’s Department of Health and Wellness.
The goal of this event is for students to engage in activities that promote relaxation and stress reduction massage therapists will provide free five minute massages. Free care packages for students will be provided, with water bottles, healthy snacks and fruits, and other gifts.
