Healthy Monday’s Meatless Monday serves Basil Risotto 12-2 p.m. in Schine.
The Sheraton Hotel’s executive chef, Al Smith, serves up a delicious asparagus basil risotto to hungry students. One day a week cut out meat. This is the mantra of Meatless Monday, a non-profit initiative in association with Johns Hopkins’ Bloomberg
School of Public Health. Meatless Monday works to reduce meat consumption 15% in order to improve personal health and the health of our planet.
