A Buffalo News editorial reflected on the recent announcement that Syracuse University will host and lead development of the FAIR Health database for out-of-network healthcare costs.

Suzanne Thorin, University Librarian and dean of the Library, was quoted on the future of the academic library in an InsideHigherEd.com article.

Mary Karr, Jesse Truesdell Peck Professor of Literature in The College of Arts and Sciences, was featured in USA Today and in the Houston Chronicle for her new memoir “Lit.”

R. David Lankes, associate professor in the School of Information Studies, was quoted in the Library Journal on the “atlas of new librarianship.”

Boyce Watkins, assistant professor of finance in the Whitman School of Management, commented in ABC News.com on the business of college sports and athlete endorsements.

Jason Dedrick, associate professor at the Syracuse University School of Information Studies, was recently interviewed on NPR’s “Marketplace” about the iPhone being released in China.
