Robert Thompson, director of the Bleier Center for Television and Popular Culture in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, commented on use of the word “absolutely” in a CNN article, and on media coverage of the Caylee Anthony case, also in CNN. 

Syracuse iSchool student Pete Kistler, who is among five finalists in Entrepreneur magazine’s “College Entrepreneur of 2009” contest, was included in CNY Business Journal’s newsletter.

Christopher Weiss, academic counselor in SU’s Office of Supportive Services, authored an opinion piece in the Post Standard on Say Yes and other college access programs.
