Whitman’s WISE Business Center hosts women’s networking event June 17

Whitman’s WISE Business Center hosts women’s networking event June 17June 09, 2009Amy Schmitzaemehrin@syr.edu

The Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship (WISE) Business Center, part of the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, will hold a women’s networking event on Wednesday, June 17, starting at 6 p.m. The event takes place at Grace’s Body Shop, located at 6300 E. Taft Road, North Syracuse. The $15 registration fee includes light refreshments.

Donna Curtin, owner of Grace’s Body Shop, will discuss her dream of starting an earth-friendly car care shop and how she made that dream into a reality. The WISE Business Center is funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration and is co-sponsored by KeyBank.
