Newhouse School to present ‘Soldiers Without Swords’February 25, 2009Wendy S. Loughlinwsloughl@syr.edu

In honor of Black History Month, the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications will host a screening of “Soldiers Without Swords” on Thursday, Feb. 26, at 5:30 p.m. in the Joyce Hergenhan Auditorium in Newhouse 3. The event is free and open to the public. Parking is available in SU pay lots.

“Soldiers Without Swords,” by filmmaker Stanley Nelson, tells the story of the American black press.
