Syracuse Community Test Kitchen hosts panel on winning recipes
The Syracuse Community Test Kitchen (COMTEK) will host an “Eyes on the Prize” cooking panel on Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 5:30 p.m. The event will feature Dave Lenweaver, winner of the $25,000 Culinary Institute of America’s Annual Apple Pie Contest, and Vicki Feldman, finalist in the Pillsbury Bake-off® Contest, who will discuss their secrets for winning recipes.
The event is being held at the South Side Innovation Center (SSIC), located at 2610 S. Salina St. in Syracuse. A $10 entrance fee includes light refreshments.
