Events celebrating community partnership and dialogue highlight run of Syracuse Stage’s ‘Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom’September 15, 2008Patrick Finlonstagepr@syr.edu

Syracuse Stage, in association with several of its community partners, has planned several exciting events during the run of August Wilson’s “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom,” showing through Oct. 4. Tickets and information on the show are available at http://www.SyracuseStage.org.

  • George Kilpatrick, TV and radio producer and host on WCNY, WSYR and Power 106.9, community advocate
  • Adam Banks, assistant professor of writing and rhetoric in the Writing Program in The College of Arts and Sciences at SU
  • Beth Broadway, program director of community-wide dialogue, InterFaith Works of Central New York
